The lesson is open to enthusiast people who want to start making bread at home. Students will learn the use and management of sourdough in baking. They will prepare simple recipes that can easily repeat at home. The date of this event is not yet fixed. As soon as the minimum number of 4 people is reached, the day and time will be set that suits all participants. This course will be followed by the course for experienced bakers with more elaborate recipes.
