Baking bread, advanced class is a workshop for who already attended the baking bread first level or who already bake simple bread and want to improve the skills about baking with different flours and ingredients.
Baking with sourdough, when use hydrolysis, bread with herbs or other ingredients, bread with seed crusts, colored bread.
on 18 January 25 is planned the baking bread first level workshop. They can be purchased together at a discount. Email to info@italiangastronomyacademy.com for infos and discounts.
All the students can bake during the workshop and bring home the recipes folder and the bread.
