Pizza homemade in Italiano

A cooking class for who would like to bake a great pizza homemade with digestible dough and the creation of the best possible fillings.

The class will be teach in Italian.

The following topics will be covered during the course:

-Preparing the dough (flours-yeast-sourghout)

-Pizza toppings, how to use and prepare ingredients for baking, fresh and frozen toppings, and timing.

-Different baking bases, oven paper, baking stone, and baking trays.
